Another Dubstep sub section is up and a lot of you might be confused as to what a "Riddim" is. It's really simple actually! A Dubstep Riddim, is a track that usually features: Triplet Percussion Arrangement, Sawtooth LFO Automations, Minimalistic Layers, Wide Delays, and lots of flanger and chorus filters. I'm extremely excited that this sub section was finally created! This movement has a huge following of artists, labels, promoters and of course fans. It's the perfect balance between heavy and deep and I truly believe this is the future of Dubstep! Please keep this section clean and feel free to shoot us a PM if you feel something isn't in the right place.
To the Riddim section! Cheers!

As much as I like this style and appreciate the section, I don't think riddim is a good word for it. There's already a genre called riddim, gonna be confusing for some people.
Type Riddim on youtube and you get a bunch of reggae/reggaeton beats.
