christ skrillex is such a tool. does he even bother to mix? i mean the drop came in @ :52 in the video, the same as it does in the song. a REAL dj would mix this tune on the 2nd drop of the previous song and have it build into the new drop. what do posers do? stand around and high five the 93,000 people standing around them, then twiddle some knobs and act like they are doing something. unreal.

see this video just goes to prove my point even more. what did he do, like 5 seconds of mixing? LOL then he just stands there like an asshole twists his stupid little knobs for stutter and pitch effects, drinks his drink, and start hollering on the mic. no dj skills what-so-ever.

you dont ALWAYS have to drop the next track on the 2nd drop... but see there is such a thing as MOMENTUM. seems most people (skrillex is a perfect example) have forgotten about that. sure there are many ways to mix a track to make is sound good, but the one thing you DONT want to do is cut right over to a new track and let the whole intro play out from the beginning. elementary shit.

ive heard your mixes before le'dev, and theyre not bad. at least you bother to mix. as i said before 'there are many ways to mix a track to make is sound good', im not trying to split hairs over right and wrong in this thread.....

my point is that skrillex doesnt even try, but acts like he's the man. he may be a good producer, but hes a horrible dj. you spend all that money to see his live act, essentially all your getting is the chance to hear is music over big speakers. artistically he is not bringing anything to the table when you see him live, all hes doing is just pressing 'play' and being a douche.
