Winrar. Its basically Winzip, but is capable of extracting .rar files. They give you a 40 day trial, but you can ignore it and use it forever to both create rar files as well as unzip them.

thats cool man, i started an art thread in the of topic section if you want to post any of your work. we go to mad shows (not so much the past few months due to there not being that many good ones) usually in DC or Baltimore area if you ever plan on going to any let me know.
